State Tourism body to ink pact with Kerala
The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) will ink an MoU with Kerala State Tourism for cultural exchange under ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ (EBSB) scheme. This would provide an opportunity to citizens to experience the cultural diversity of other states.

State’s first cashless RLA office opens in Hamirpur
The state’s first cashless vehicle registration office was opened in Hamirpur by Deputy Commissioner. He said the administration was committed to adopting fastest means and latest technology to provide fast services to the public. He said with the start of the cashless fee deposit facility at the RLA office people were not required to carry cash. He said this would help in fast processing of registration and issuance of registration certificates to the vehicle owners.

Indo-Oman Army exercise in Chamba
The Indo-Oman joint Army exercise Al Nagah-II 2017 was conducted in the Dhauladhar ranges at Bakloh in Chamba district. The aim of the exercise was to build and promote bilateral military relations and enhance inter-operability while exchanging skills and experiences between the Army and the Royal Army of Oman.
