- Articles 36 to 51 contain Directive Principles of State Policy. The Directive principles of state policy are not enforceable by any court.
- Fundamental duties are contained in Part IV A of the Constitution.
- Article 51A of the Constitution contains Fundamental Duties.
- The Constitution Forty-Second Amendment Act, 1976 added Fundamental Duties to the Constitution.
